Woman’s body found cut in pieces in Umoja – VIDEO
The body parts of an unidentified woman were found dumped in a thicket in Umoja estate on Tuesday afternoon.
The limps of the victim that were wrapped in a paper bag were discovered by local area residents after unpleasant smell started emanating from the area.
Police found her head, legs and upper body at the scene but her hands and thighs were missing.
The remains of the unidentified were later taken to the City Mortuary by the police pending identification and autopsy.
MISSING TORSO
In August, body parts of an unidentified woman were found dumped in Umoja II estate wrapped in a black plastic bag with her torso missing.
The torso was later found in a sack a few days later dumped near the same scene where the latest victim has been found.
Local area residents called on the police to intensify security in the area where insecurity has been rampant.
They claimed that the victims may have been killed elsewhere and their body parts dumped in Umoja.
