Why Tony was kicked out of MOG group
Late last year, high flying gospel group MOG kicked out one of its founding members, Tony.
Speculation was that Tony was tainting the group’s image.
However, a member of the group, Boss, has confirmed to NairobiNews that it was an issue of “fame without work”.
“Tony was just famous in the group, but musically speaking, he was not very productive,” he said.
Before Boss completed his studies in 2010, MOG was run by Tony and Kenty, he explained.
“Tony took advantage of the fact that I was away most of the time,” he added.
