Why did judge trash new matatu rules?
I have read the judgment the courts delivered on the new matatu regulations cases and we seem to be heading in the wrong direction as the courts are overturning anything the government tries to implement.
These regulations are in the public interest, which should over ride any other reasoning. It’s like there is a deliberate fallout between the Executive and the Judiciary. I thought the two arms should be complementing one another.
