Where did the taps at water points go?
I thought things had finally taken a good turn when I saw the water points set up by the County Government at the time that public benches were also fixed all over the city centre.
Today I can’t help but wonder whatever became of the moves that promised to bring the ‘city in the sun’ nearer to the level of real cities out there.
There is need for such facilities to take care of that person who may afford to buy water, especially in hot season like this.
