It will also start holding public hearings into the September 2013 terrorist attack on upmarket shopping mall from January 20.

The hearings are expected to facilitate payments to those affected by the terrorist attack.

It has also invited submissions on the themes of physical restoration, business restoration and security measures for malls.

Submissions are to be delivered at Teleposta Towers, eighth floor before January 14.

The committee is composed of players from the private and public sectors.
