Voter wants Kasarani MP in graft charge ousted
A voter moved to court on Wednesday seeking to have Kasarani MP John Njoroge Chege kicked out of the National Assembly over his integrity.
Mr Kepha Sagana took his MP to court to challenge his honesty in managing the CDF kitty, after being charged with corruption.
Mr Chege was charged with soliciting Sh100,000, on July 4, 2013, as inducement from Mr Abdirahman Mohammed Abdullahi to facilitate the payment of Sh3.4 million for a completed Baba Dogo Secondary School tuition block.
The case is still pending in court and will be mentioned on May 6.
