Exciting cuisines for Villa Rosa Kempinski’s Lucca restaurant’s clientele

Something delicious is cooking at the Villa Rosa Kempinski, Lucca Restaurant; and its not just figuratively speaking.

The restaurant has launched a new menu which features a number of exciting cuisines.

The revamped menu is a culinary wizardry that took a six-month re-engineering by renowned Italian Chef de Cuisine, Pietro Lunghi.

It has new contemporary oriental items including a variety of salads, pizzas, pastas, mains fish and seafood and desserts to feast on. Guests will also enjoy the magnificent selection of Italian wines from the new wine list.

The a la carte menu will largely use fresh ingredients sourced locally and others imported to compliment what is not easily available with an eye on ensuring that the guests enjoy authentic Italian cuisine without having to take a flight to Rome.

FAVOURITE DELICACIES

“We have retained a number of our customers’ favorites delicacies, but we have introduced a few new delights,” said Amit.

Despite the new tastes and additions to the menu, the price remains reasonable for all food items, including the restaurant’s signature selection, Chef’s favourite, Risotto, which is the epitome of Italian high end restaurants such as Lucca.

“Our kitchen team brings on the table a combined wealthy of experience spanning over 30 years in fine Italian dining and have painstakingly created this new menu which we are sure our local and international guests who patronize Lucca will enjoy unmistakably distinctive and superior dining experience,” said Anne Murungi, Director of Sales & marketing.
