Court blocks Ngirita from adjourning Sh8bn NYS scandal case
A city court has rejected a bid by one of 37 National Youth Service scam suspects to have the case adjourned.
Anne Wambere Ngirita sought the adjournment to seek specialized treatment at Mater Hospital.
But Chief Magistrate Douglas Ogoti declined the application by Ngirita, who is facing graft charges.
