Veteran ‘Nation’ editor Gaitho walks daughter down the aisle
Veteran editor at Daily Nation newspaper Macharia Gaitho on Friday walked his daughter Wanjiru Gaitho down the aisle.
Wanjiru, a former Citizen TV business reporter, got married to a fellow journalist Kent Ngibuini at a star-studded event.
The wedding was held at The Kentmere Club in Nairobi and was attended by the who is who in the media industry.
Donning a white mermaid gown with a gold embellishment that had minimal accessories, Wanjiru walked side by side with her father covered in a cathedral veil.
Wanjiru, who left broadcast journalism to venture into corporate communication, was all smiles as she and Kent were pronounced man and wife.
