President Uhuru Kenyatta is a business icon and a politician whose suits are always on point. However his sense of fashion seems to evade him when it comes to his choice of casual wear.
He has a preponderance of looking and sounding folksy, but he pushes it to the extreme, leaving a lot to be desired.
The President favours sports t-shirts and faded jeans during weekends and trips upcountry. In State House, he has preferred to wear long sleeved shiny, satin shirts that have bright colours, reminiscent of the fashion fads in the 70’s.
