Uber, Manchester United partnership set to roll out in Kenya


Uber Kenya has announced that its global sports partnership with Manchester United that will soon be rolled out in Kenya.

The partnership deal will see Uber customers and football fans have access to exclusive content on Manchester United players and games.

The content will be accessible through the Uber app.

Other country’s that will enjoy the partnership in Africa will include South Africa and Nigeria.

The content will include behind-the-scenes activities of Manchester United players and staff.

According to Alon Lits, general manager for Uber sub-saharan Africa, the partnership will also give fans a chance to win a trip to the club’s stadium Old Trafford, the Theatre of Dreams.

“This partnership allows us to connect riders in South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya with a one of a kind Manchester United experience,” said Lits.

Uber said it will be revealing the specific experiences Manchester United fans can expect to see in their home countries.
