Twitter can’t be contained after only four boys made it to top 20 in KCSE results
Twitterati went on the overdrive on Thursday afternoon after it emerged that girls had outclassed boys in the 2016 KCSE results.
Girls generally had a field day. Only four boys featured in the top 20 candidates nationally,
Within minutes of Education Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i announcement of the stark gender dispatity in the results, the word ‘boy child’ started trending on Twitter.
Thousands of users mocked the boy child for the poor decisions they make in their lives that led them to perform poorly in the exams.
