Twitter is asking where Kalonzo was during tear gas drama

Kenyans of Twitter are yet again on former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka’s case.

This is after photos of Cord principals Raila Odinga and Moses Wetangula fleeing after police used teargas to disperse their protest march at the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) offices went viral and none showed MrMusyoka at the scene.

Others noted with concern that photos showing Musyoka whereabouts after the fracas were missing.

Tweeps wondered why Mr Musyoka was only pictured before the fracas, but none after police had lobbed tear gas canisters at the protesters.

The former Vice President uploaded photos of their grand arrival at Anniversary Towers and even a distant shot of the teargas fracas.

Kenyans soon started making fun of his absence, saying Mr Musyoka would never allow himself to be a victim of teargas.

Attempts by Cord leaders and their supporters to storm the electoral commission offices were Monday violently disrupted by police.

The Opposition has said it has no confidence that the commission will deliver a free and fair election next year.
