TV series Prison Break returns

TV series lovers in Kenya have a reason to smile in anticipation of the return of their one-time favourite Prison Break, a show about hot tattooed men learning how far they will go for the people they love as they writhe inside cages.

When it debuted in 2005, Prison Break was notable for its combination of absurd premise and tight plotting.

However, followers of the gripping series can only look forward to 10 more episodes of the TV drama which went off after two incredible seasons and two mediocre ones.

The storyline revolves around two brothers Michael Scofield (played by Wentworth Miller) and Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell) who perpetually find themselves caught up in shadowy conspiracies.

DIED ON SCREEN

When Lincoln is wrongfully convicted of murdering the brother of the vice president, his brother Michael commits a felony in order to imprisoned alongside him and break him out. To aid in his plan, he tattoos the escape plan on his body, disguising it as art.

It however remains to be seen what will happen with Wentworth Miller’s character – Michael – who appeared to die in the film Prison Break: The Final Break which was only broadcast on television and not cinemas.

It will also be interesting to see new cast members given that most of the main characters died onscreen just before the series wound up.
