TV presenter claims Cristiano Ronaldo is in gay relationship – photos

December 4th, 2015 2 min read

A French TV host has sensationally claimed that football star Cristiano Ronaldo is in a gay relationship.

The host Estelle Denis also claimed that the Real Madrid winger had undergone plastic surgery on his nose to enhance his looks.

Denis’ comments followed a report that Ronaldo’s recent behaviour was “causing concern” at Real Madrid.

The report hinted that bosses at the football club frowned up the player’s frequent visits to Morocco and damaging his performances on the pitch, Pink News reports.

This led Denis to blame Ronaldo’s budding friendship with boxer Badr Hari, as he accused the pair of being in a relationship.

“Ronaldo takes three or four jets a week to see a friend in Morocco to cuddle,” he said, leading to shocked gasps from the audience.

His comments come after the Real Madrid striker and his new BFF jokingly shared a series of snaps of their recent bromantic holiday.

During one such trip, heavyweight kick boxer Hari posted a photo on Facebook of him holding up Ronaldo.

GAY MARRIAGE

“Just married,” the caption said. “Always there to pick you up, bro.”

Other snaps of the trip shared a candle-lit image of a traditional Moroccan meal, as well as a picture of the pair post “wedding”.

Ronaldo’s love of fashion, accessories and grooming has made him the subject of gay rumours in the past and he has been voted a gay icon by several publications.

However, he has shrugged off the adulation, saying: “I’m at ease with my sexuality so it’s not a problem for me.”

Back in 2010, the sports star commended Portugal’s decision to allow gay marriage.

“As I am Portuguese, I try to keep myself informed about what is happening in my country,” he said at the time.

“We must respect the choices of each other, because, after all, all citizens should have the same rights and responsibilities.”
