Traffic policemen not enforcing the law
Traffic rules prohibit matatus from driving through petrol stations to beat traffic jams.
It is an offence that attracts fines as high as Sh100,000.
However, looking at our roads, this seems like a mere suggestion.
There are hardly any traffic officers to enforce the law.
