Top city designers showcase fashion collections
Nairobians were treated runway displays of clothes by local designers at the Splash Water World during the second edition of Nature and Style Fun Day Out held at the weekend.
Some of the design houses that showcased their collections at the event were Luxy Sight, Vaisjali Morjaria, Ndululu Designs and Glamour Ville by Elsie and Glitter Girl all the way from Uganda.
The collections were some of the best African designs by local designers that included both clothes and accessories.
Luxy Sight displayed its ‘spectacular collection’, while Vaishali’s collection was a mix of perspectives of African and Indian origins.
The event was not well attended.
