Detectives believe that the two suspects are part of a cartel that smuggles migrants from the region to other countries.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
Last week detectives arrested a certain Jackline Kwamboka Abuga, who is suspected to be behind the forgery of birth and death certificates in Nairobi.
Abuga was arrested at her house in Kawangware, Nairobi where fake birth and death certificates, computer, printer, seal for civil registrations and other assorted documents were recovered.
