Detectives from Directorate of Criminal Investigations have arrested two suspects in connection with the forgery travel documents.

The two, Mohamed Ismail Ibrahim and Ali Ibrahim Barow, were arrested on Saturday in a hotel in Eastleigh.

Following the investigations, detectives also recovered several fake Kenyan, Somali and Ethiopian passports.

Detectives believe that the two suspects are part of a cartel that smuggles migrants from the region to other countries.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
