A photo of what appears to be a forced embrace between Football Kenya Federation (FKF) president Nick Mwendwa and Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama has attracted hilarious comments on social media.

The photo was taken recently in London where Mwendwa is leading a delegation of football officials and two youth teams to visit Wanyama as part of a pledge by telecommunications firm Safaricom.

In the photo, a grinning Mwendwa appears starstruck while holding on to Wanyama’s right arm placed over his shoulder with his (Mwendwa’s) other arm tightly wrapped around the Tottenham midfielder.

Wanyama, too, is all smiles, but his appears to be more of a pained expression.

Hawk eyed Kenyans noticed this interesting photo and shared their views on social media

“Wanyama is not comfortable at all,” Ludovic Ogude commented.

“Oga (Mwendwa) is star struck,” Eugene Messo wrote on Facebook.

Kwani ilikuwa by force (Was it a forced hug)?” Raul Dondi asked.

“Hug ya lazima, RESIST (that’s a forced hug),”said Edwin Odipo.
