Song, dance and cheer for one people

It was fun and cheer as youth from Nairobi convened at the KICC grounds for the culmination of the One Nation One vibe campaigns set to celebrate Kenya as it marks its jubilee year.

Some of the activities included the launch of the One Nation campaign song called ‘One Nation One Vibe’ written by gospel singer DK Kwenye Beat.

Other performances include Wendy Kimani, Mbuvi and a One live Band that did a rendition of songs that were a hit in the 80’s to present to show how music has evolved.

“This event from the Nation Media Group sponsored by KCB was meant to be a fun day and also for us as a media house to connect with the youth. We cannot forget that this is a special year for Kenya as we mark 50 years of being an independent nation.” Said Nancy Kihenia events and programme manager at Nation Media Group.
