Relook BebaPay card fare payment system
Loading money on the Equity Bank funded BebaPay card is a tedious exercise, especially considering that its banking halls are not known for their efficiency.
The bank and its partners should relook the fare payment platform ahead of the anticipated July deadline for all matatus to be on an electronic payment platform.
Would it not be better if instead of using the card, commuters could simply use their Visa enable ATM cards to pay?
