Proper drainage should be a priority
May be it is the high time we got proper drainage in the city centre as the rains seem to finally have arrived. When it pours in the city the place gets instantly flooded and if you are walking around your shoes have to get water inside.
County Hall needs to do something urgently so the city centre can get to the standards of other world cities, where people don’t get embarrassed walking, especially when the weather is not too friendly. The estates can get away with this but not the heart of the county.
