Can someone tell me which Umoja is this that a journalist recently wrote favourably about? From Mutindwa to Hornbil the road is in a pathetic state and there are no street lights.
The same depressing situation is at Jeska. Tell me of a one-bedroom house in Umoja Innercore that costs Sh9,000 a month?
Tell me of any tarmacked roads entering the courts, apart from the one coming from Manyanja to Tena. And let’s not even start with insecurity and water.
