Steve Mbogo refuses to concede to Jaguar in Starehe race

Starehe Constituency ODM candidate Steve Mbogo has said he will not concede despite being trounced by his Jubilee Party rival Charles “Jaguar” Kanyi.

The flamboyant aspirant announced on Instagram on Wednesday that the Jubilee government had rigged elections in Starehe constituency in favour of their candidate.

“Justice must prevail… Fake results were announced, the process was full of malpractice, police was used to lock out our agents during the counting process,” Mr Mbogo said.

He also claimed that ballot boxes were stuffed and he was confident he won the elections.

Jaguar bagged 52,132 compared to ODM candidate Steve Mbogo’s 32,357 and prominent activist Boniface Mwangi’s 13,413.
