Sonko’s daughter Saumu Mbuvi gives birth at city hospital
Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko is the newest grandfather in town.
The flamboyant politician’s first-born daughter Saumu Mbuvi is said to have delivered a baby girl at a Nairobi hospital on Thursday.
The news was announced by Benson Gatu, the father of the baby butwho has seen broken up with Saumu.
Mr Gatu took to his Facebook account to share the news on Friday morning.
He wrote, “To my baby girl, before you even entered the world, you were anticipated, loved cherished and wanted. Now that I can hold you in my arms, those feelings have multiplied tenfold. I look at you with complete wonder, melt with each coo you make and fall deeper in love when you rest your tiny head on my hands. You are actually ours – our perfect gift from God – a precious life to whom he has trusted to our care.”
