Shebesh:I have forgiven Kidero
Nairobi Women’s representative Rachel Shebesh says she has forgiven Governor Evans Kidero.
Speaking at Christian Outreach Church in Kasarani, Ms Shebesh asked Christians to pray for Kidero to soften his heart and accept reconciliation adding that wrangles between them had affected development in Nairobi.
Mrs Shebesh also said that she has never asked for money to resolve the row that has defined the county’s top leadership.She added that going forward; she is ready to work with Dr Kidero on the city’s development.
The Governor on his part has said that he is looking forward to working with Mrs Shebesh to achieve the mandates they were elected for.
The reconciliation is expected to bring to a close a protracted five-month conflict that has seen both charged in court by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
She expressed optimism that the legal aspects will have been settled by the end of the week.
