Bus belonging to Kiriath-Jiam School impounded and towed away to Embakasi Police Station for faulting the recently re-enforced Michuki rules.

Police and National Transport And Safety Authority (NTSA) have impounded the school bus which was caught in a disturbing video transporting pupils hanging precariously from its windows.

The widely shared video clip showed the bus belonging to Kiriath-Jiam School faulting the recently re-enforced Michuki rules in a shocking display of impunity and absurd recklessness.

PUBLIC OUTCRY

The clip generated a heated online debate and anger with Kenyans on Twitter demanding for legal action take on the school.

And following the public outcry, the bus was finally impounded on Wednesday night and towed away to Embakasi Police Station.

Police are yet to state what charges the school administrators or the driver are likely to face.
