Safaricom subscribers hit by major network outage
Safaricom subscribers countrywide were for the better part of Sunday morning cut off from internet connectivity following what appears to have been a major network failure.
Some subscribers also complained of being unable to unable to make and receive calls via the network.
While Safaricom is yet to make an official statement regarding this sudden network failure, a number of their subscribers camped on social media to vent their frustration.
