Ruto heckled in Kisumu, Raila in trouble in Kabarnet – VIDEO

A crowd jeered Deputy President William Ruto as he tried to address them at the launch of Kisumu EABL plant.

At the same time, a National Super Alliance (Nasa) rally was disrupted in Kabarnet town.

Leaders led by Raila Odinga were forced to cut short the rally and head to Eldama Ravine town.

They were heckled as they tried to address the crowd.

In Kisumu, the crowd chanted songs of “we don’t want Ruto” as he was introducing President Uhuru Kenyatta to speak.

Many of them wore Jubilee T-shirts but refused to give audience to the DP.

But the President spoke of his willingness to unify the country and told residents they were free to vote for people of their choice.
