New Oppo A71 smartphone launched into Kenya market

Oppo A71 smartphone has been launched into the Kenyan market and will be available exclusively in Safaricom outlets in the next two weeks.

The exclusive partnership allows Safaricom Limited to stock the unique and trendy design believed to be a new mid-tier 4G premium device.

“The partnership with Oppo Kenya cements our commitment to bring our customers a variety of smart devices that will enable them to stay connected and have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of higher speeds od 3G and 4G devices,” said Elizabeth Wasunna, Head of retail Channels, Safaricom.

The A71 comes with a powerful enhanced 64-bit Octa-core CPU and a cool 3GB RAM that enable smooth experience.

It has 16GB internal memory and can be also expand up to 256GB with an SD Card and it also comes with a free 16 GB SD Card which raises the total memory to 32GB.

It also packs a 3,000mAh, battery which can guarantee you a whole day of use without worrying about charging your phone.

The phone has 13 MP, an F2.2 rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera with 6 beautify levels, 8 real time filters, water mark, palm shutter, bokeh effect and 50 MP Ultra HD mode and will retail at Sh19,900.

The latest GSMA Mobile, titled a White Paper 2017, points to a situation attributed to the increase in availability of the affordable smart devices from various device manufacturers in the industry.
