Man shot dead in city estate in crime of passion
Police are searching for a man suspected to have shot dead another man in cold blood on Saturday morning at Garden estate Nairobi in what is believed to have been a crime of passion.
Leonard Kanari is said to have committed the act when he found the deceased, Christopher Adangi, with his girlfriend, who has been identified as Edna Kariuki, when he went to visit her in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
The woman was escorting the deceased from her house at 12:30 am when they met the suspect who shot and killed the victim instantly.

According to OCS Kasarani, Robinson Mboloi, Mr Kanari, who is a licensed firearm holder shot the victim on the stomach with a pistol.
“The incident took place on Saturday morning at 12:30am in Garden Estate. We believe that the lady in question was having an affair with the two men. Investigations are still on going to establish the whereabouts of the alleged suspect,” said Mr Mboloi.
The lady who has already recorded her statement at Kasarani police station was not injured during the incident.
