A tweet on the new Kenya police uniform has caught the attention of a Nigerian Assistant Commissioner of Police.

A Kenyan on Twitter, Duncan Makori had replied to a Kenya police tweet on the new uniform by saying that they looked like a witchcraft scene in a Nigerian movie.

The Naija Assistant Commissioner of Police @YemiShogunle replied, “meaning….???”

Duncan shared screenshots of bot replies captioning how he is being sought by Nigerian police.

Kenyan police are set to start wearing their new blue uniform from Jamhuri Day next week.

Kenyans have roundly criticised the new uniforms saying the color and design was off and police are better off with their current uniform.

Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet led the way on Tuesday by releasing pictures of himself wearing the new uniform ahead of its official adoption next Wednesday.
