Gangster shot dead by accomplices after fallout over stolen loot


A suspected gangster was shot dead on Thursday night at Kware in Embakasi,  Nairobi after disagreeing with his accomplices over sharing of a loot.

According to police reports, the incident happened at 8pm and the deceased has been identified him as Kevin Kituku alias Kevo.

Detectives are now looking for the gang whose other members have been identified as Colloidal, Brad, Chris and Kiire.

KILLED BY ROBBERS

Separately, police are investigating the death of man who was found dead with stab wounds in the chest in Korogocho slums.

Police have said the murder was reported at 8pm Thursday and the man whose body was found in a pool of blood identified as Mr Kelvin Omondi.

In Kayole estate, police are investigating the killing of Mr George Twen Neal, a Liberia national, who was attacked and killed by robbers at Obama estate.

The deceased’s wife, Ms Jackline Achieng, reported that her husband died while receiving treatment at Modern Hospital in Komarocks.

Police report indicates that the deceased was born in Monrovia and that his passport expired in December, 2012. His body is currently lying at Chiromo Mortuary.

FATAL ACCIDENT

In another incident, a 45-year-old man died on Wednesday afternoon in a road accident along the Southern bypass.

The deceased, who was driving a Pajero, died on impact after his car collided head on with a lorry belonging to China Kenya.

The deceased body was taken to the City Mortuary to await postmortem and the police have detained the two vehicles as they investigate the accident.
