Chris Msando’s widow bitter message to his killers – VIDEO
Eva Elsa Auma Buyu , the widow of former IEBC ICT manager Chris Msando, on Thursday paid a glowing tribute to her slain husband at a solemn requiem mass at the Consolata Shrine in Nairobi.
Ms Buyu demanded justice and said the killers of her husbands shall know no peace.
“I know you (killers) are watching this. Are you happy? May you know no peace. Vengeance is of the Lord,” she said.
She opened her tribute saying: “I don’t know where to start. I only have to ask why? Why? Why?”
Ms Buyu then led the congregants in repeating the words of the national anthem: “Justice be our shield and defender…”
CAPTIVATING AND CHARMING MAN
She described Mr Msando as a captivating and charming man who was gifted in winning everybody to his side.
“You saw everybody voted seamlessly…no one went manual,” she said.
Ms Buyu said her late husband witnessed the birth of all their children.
“That’s how dedicated you were,” she said, adding that whenever he was not at home, he was always in the office.
The widow then led the mourners in singing the hymn: In the sweet by and by.
She concluded her tribute with the emotional song: Who has the final say, Jehovah has the final say.
