Babu Owino promises Embakasi East residents ‘heaven on earth’

Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino now wants all Kenyans planning to relocate to Nairobi to consider settling in his constituency.

The controversial MP made the remarks on social media while also bragging about the prosperity of Embakasi East constituency since he was elected into office one year ago.

Among the things he cited as his big achievements are good roads and ample supply of water to the residents.

His remarks, however, elicited mixed reactions from his fans.
