12 students heading home arrested having a drug party in matatu
Twelve students of a high school in Meru were on Thursday arrested after they were caught smoking bhang and drinking beer in a matatu.
The students were heading home after their school closed. They were travelling from Meru to Nairobi.
The students are being held at Chuka Police Station in Tharaka-Nithi County.
The matatu and the driver are also being held at the station.
