Mombasa based music label signed up by a Los Angeles company

A Los Angeles music marketing company has signed up a Mombasa based music label, Banduka Music Group, in a deal that will see it publicise their songs around the world.

Beat commander USA will be responsible for marketing songs produced by artistes from Banduka Music Label to radio stations, advertisement agencies and movie makers across the globe.

Banduka Music Group, a sister company to Coastal Film Productions, will be the sole agent of Beat Commander USA in Africa.

It will be responsible for sourcing new and upcoming talents around Africa for the US company.

Speaking to Nairobi News about the deal, Coastal Films CEO Hassan Faisal said that Banduka Music Group will change lives of artistes in Mombasa and Africa.

“We have already signed two artists from Tanzania and several artists from Mombasa including, Prince Adio, Burningice, Nunda Malick, Dizole Leo, Silver Mkali and Emily Mia.”

“Our artists are going to make royalties for all songs played around the world. If lucky and your song is used in any Hollywood movies, an artist can make a minimum of $30, 000,” said Hassan Faisal.
