Military dressed Jubilee Women Brigade spark online storm


Women leaders christened Jubilee Women Brigade have left Kenyans on Twitter wondering why they have taken to wearing military fatigues during campaign rallies.

The group that launched its activities on Sunday in Nakuru has been spotting military attire in most of their campaigns.

The women politicians whose main business is to campaign for the re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto have been going round the country.

During the group’s first appearance, Kirinyaga governor Anne Waiguru was spotted a military jacket complete with pants and a red barret with the party’s logo.
