Miguna steals show in heated gubernatorial debate
Outspoken Nairobi gubernatorial candidate aspirant Miguna Miguna on Monday night charmed viewers with his wit and snide responses during a gubernatorial debate in a local TV station.
The debate, which was aired live on KTN News, brought together four candidates including Miguna, Peter Kenneth, Mike Sonko and incumbent Evans Kidero.
The candidates articulated their plans for Nairobi on areas such as health, education, creating jobs for the youths and what they will do if they fail to be elected the next governor of the capital city.
Emotions ran high among the four political adversaries with each trying to malign the others’ character in the eyes of the public.

Miguna to PK: You have nothing to offer other than selling beauty.
Sonko to Miguna: You used to break houses, I have evidence, remove the cap if you don’t have a deep panga cut on your head.
Miguna to PK: You are a failure you even got E in school. I can’t table your academic papers they are so bad to table anywhere.
Miguna to Sonko: You are clueless, you think revenue falls from heaven.
Kidero to Sonko: I have never been jailed; I have never escaped from any prison.
Miguna to Sonko: Nairobi can’t be entrusted to a mediocre.
