Matatu operators are now tired of new rules
Matatu crews are getting tired of endless rules that they have to comply with at very short notices. Before many have completely complied with the speed governor and sacco membership regulations, police have now ordered removal of tinted windows and I believe another petty and pointless rule is in the pipeline for next week.
We are tired of these many changes that never give us time to save or peacefully earn a living. The authorities imagine themselves in our shoes and act accordingly.
