Matatu burnt along Lang’ata Road after killing boda boda rider – VIDEO
A matatu was on Saturday afternoon burnt to ashes by angry boda boda operators after it knocked down and killed one of their colleagues.
The Ongata Line Sacco matatu which plies the City Centre-Ongata Rongai town was set on fire opposite Uhuru Gardens by an angry boda boda riders.
The matatu christened 007 was heading to the city center when the accident occurred. The accident caused a traffic snarl up on the busy road.
Four months ago a matatu from the same route was involved in an accident leading to the death of four passengers.
