Man in court for having sex with goat
A man was arraigned before a Thika court on Monday charged with engaging in an unnatural act with a goat.
Appearing before the Thika Chief Magistrate Antony Ndung’u, the accused Harrison Njagi was charged that on May 11, 2015 in Murera village in Ruiru, he was found engaging in sexual intercourse with a goat.
The court heard that the accused person was spotted by passers-by engaging in the unlawful act.
Those who found him beat him up before handing him over to the Ruiru Police Station where the bestiality charges were preferred against him.
The accused denied the charge and was released on a cash bail of Sh 5,000 and is set to appear before the same court on June 29, when the case will be heard.
