American musician Lovato due for rehab after being discharged from hospital
American singer Demi Lovato will be checking into rehab after being discharged from hospital where she has been recuperating from a drug overdose.
In a letter addressed to her fans on social media, the singer confessed about her ongoing struggles with addiction and the challenges she has been facing.
She also thanked her fans and family members for their positive support and prayers during her recovery.
“I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What I have learnt is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something that I must continue to overcome and I have not done yet,” said Lovato.

The Sorry Not Sorry singer was rushed into hospital on July 25 after being found unconscious at her home in Hollywood.
Lovato has struggled with substance abuse for years, and was feared to have relapsed in recent weeks.
