This is the moment an able-bodied man parked two cars at a slot reserved for disabled along Nairobi’s Kimathi Street on Thursday.
Nairobi News hacks caught part of the moment when the unidentified man disembarked from a vehicle, moved the other vehicle to one side of the slot before driving in, fully occupying the slot.
The slots reserved for the disabled are usually clearly marked with the sign and are often more spacious than –at times double the size of- the normal slots.
In this case, both vehicles did not have the special features that are usually fitted in vehicles driven by the disabled.
In fact, the two vehicles did not have the disabled sign often found in their vehicles. One simply has a card with the sign placed on the dashboard ostensibly to ward off city council inspectors.
