Should a married man lock his phone with password? Facebook can’t agree

A woman has stirred up a hornet’s nest by asking whether a man should lock his phone with a password when he is married.

The woman started the debate on the popular Facebook group, Kilimani Mums and Dads Censored Kenya (Original).

She said: “Ati uko na bwana na amekuwekea phone password ….how now? Mm iyo nyumba haiwezi kalika.”

This drew varied reactions from the group members.

A woman said: “Fone ni kitu private. aweke akitaka na mimi pia nimeweka yangu.”

A man advised her: “If u don’t want to develop chronicle diseases wachana na simu ya bwanako please if he don’t want to see wat is inside let him be.”

Another said: “Me too i won’t touch her phone she is mine wen am with her the rest I don’t care sitaki BP.”

A woman retorted: “No wonder u r a single mother ,n u will remain so with such juvenile thinking.”

But there are those who agreed with the woman’s reasoning.

A woman said: “Huyo ata sio bwana his only a chips funga juu hauna otherwise real men uwacha phone ivo.”

Another said: “Kwangu kunaeza waka moto.”
