Lecturers should air their grievances better
University staffs should conduct peaceful demos and stop disrupting their studies. I used to think that professors were different from students in how they would handle their woes but it seems the students learn misbehaviour from them.
As much as their woes could be valid, they are not supposed to destroy the canteens and cafeterias to air them. Classes have already been paralysed because they are even evicting those who are willing to teach. There is no justification for this kind of unruly behaviour.
