KRU appoints new finance chief
The Kenya Rugby Union Board on Wednesday appointed Fred Yida as the new Chief Financial Officer.
The appointment takes effect from 1 February 2015.
In a press statement, the union said Mr Yida is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in the regional financial and service sectors.
He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) from the University of Nairobi and is currently finalizing his MBA at the same institution.
“He brings over 10 years of corporate experience in finance and accounting. He is an accomplished individual with significant financial and operational expertise and will be an exceptional addition to our team,” the union said.
