KP contractor has blocked drainage
After laying the underground electricity cables, it seems that Kenya Power has dusted and washed its hands.
The roadside drainage is still full of soil that the company’s contractor dug up more than a month ago.
The contractor has apparently tried to cover up this misdemeanour by unblocking some of the sections that are close to the city centre.
The rest, it appears, he has decided that residents should sort themselves.
