KOT slams Kebs for ‘no plastic rice in the market’ announcement

Netizens are still skeptical despite an assurance by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (Kebs)  that there is no plastic rice being sold in Kenya.

Kebs Managing Director Evans Ongwae had on Monday announced that the agency had sent out market surveillance team that conducted several store visits and collected samples.

The samples were tested and confirmed that rice being sold in the market is safe for human consumption.

However some netizens were still doubtful and questioned Keb’s on their findings.
