Kidero issues sack threat to county executives
Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero has issued sacking threats to three county executives due to their dismal performance.
Sources within City Hall say the sacking threats were prompted by what the Governor considers to be slow delivery of service.
Dr Kidero, sources say, is irked by the executives’ disregard to their respective performance contracts.
The three executives, two men and one woman, have been given a deadline within which to improve their output.
They will be sacked if their performance will still be lacklustre by the end of the deadline.
Dr Kidero’s sacking threats come a week after Mombasa governor Hassan Joho had also reshuffled his cabinet.
